Pastor Herbert E. Sye, Jr. is the Founder and Spiritual Leader of New Life Inspirational Church in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a leader with more than 40 years of Pastoral, experience, and loves to be in the presence of the saints. He is a graduate of Morgan State University, and pursued graduate studies at the Wesley Theological Seminary. Pastor Sye takes seriously the charge of being a watchman over the souls of God's children. He is regarded as a preacher's preacher".
